1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
- You must notify us of the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all included accessories and proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To request a return:

- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos showing the issue
- Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the item.
- Since we operate on a cash-on-delivery basis, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or another agreed method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items returned after the 3-day notification window
